Awarded the Royal Academy Alumni Association Sculpture Award, John has had his work regularly accepted for exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition in London.
Other exhibitions include showings at The Nicholas Treadwell Gallery in Yorkshire, The Museum of the Moving Image, The Well Hung Art Company; The Basel Art Fair and the Miami Art Fair.
Prior to this, John spent many years using his talent in the film and television industries, creating numerous sculptural creations for a host of well-known productions.
His many credits during this period include ‘Rob Roy’, ‘The French Lieutenants Woman’, ‘Dr.Who’, ‘The Young Ones’ and ‘Alexander' and 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' - to name just but a few.
Currently, John is working on a number of private commissions, and has also started one of the largest projects he's ever undertaken – an awe-inspiring sculpture featuring the Crucifixion of Christ and the Thieves.
